What We Do
Our work consists of drilling new hand pump water wells and rehabilitating existing broken wells. The work is done by our team of six employees that are experienced in all aspects of well drilling and community outreach. All of the work is completed using our own drilling equipment. We work with local government officials and village leaders to form and train local committees to manage, maintain, and take ownership of the wells. Ensuring access to consistent clean water requires training the local committees to be self sufficient.

JF Well Works Africa was created by John and Victoria Foley in response to the desperate need for clean water in impoverished parts of the world. They are currently operating in Lira, Northern Uganda.
JF Well Works Africa is a 501(c)3 private operating foundation registered in the United States.
